1) Do not understand what your business really need. The error begins when a marketer buys a CMS quickly without carefully understanding the real needs of the business. Consequently, CMS functions do not meet business needs, and the problem is not properly taken into account. To avoid this, make sure you have taking the time to understand the problem your business and identify the solution to this problem.
2) Do not take the time to study CMS issues. Before buying a CMS, it is important to understand exactly what solution it offers, its features, benefits for your company and its weaknesses or disadvantages.
3) Thinking that one is a CMS solution to all problems. content management applications vary depending on the solution it provides. In fact, you can choose from more than 1000 different products CMS. This is the main reason why conduct a thorough search is very important before buying the product.
