The cooler the more common and more profitable is the air conditioner. It consists of inner and outer parts. An air filter, fan and a cooling coil are parts of the interior. The warm moist air is sucked through the filter and into the fan, then directed the cooling coil. The cooling coil cools and moistens the air before it is blown into the room. The cooling coil contains a refrigerant, which changes the physical properties of liquid gas as the heat of the hot air passes over the coil causes evaporation. Heat the ambient air is hot and humid taken by this process. The outer unit consists of a compressor, a fan and a condenser. The cooling coil emerges at low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas compressor. The compressor on the other hand offers a high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas to the condenser. The fan blows outside air over the condenser. Inside the condenser temperature high, high pressure refrigerant gas is converted to refrigerant. The heat of the hot gas refrigerant is taken by the air cooler passing on the outside condenser.
This process causes the refrigerant to change to a liquid state. The refrigerant circulates in the closed circuit leading through the cooling coil, compressor and condenser in a constant motion. The relatively cool air outside is sucked by the fan cooling the condenser and blows warmer air outside the home. In room air conditioners, engines electric drive compressor and two fans. 110 volt lines are used for units of small room air conditioning while than for large units 220 volt supplies are used online. A tiny home can be cooled by air conditioners with sufficient capacity.
Although an air conditioner is the lowest cost cooling device, it has its own drawbacks, including:
1. Most part can only give very irregular ambient air temperature.
2. Most air conditioners operate with noise.
3. It is difficult to obtain uniform distribution of fresh air.
Because of the known disadvantages of a room air conditioner many people prefer to use the system more expensive central cooling.
A central cooling system is usually divided into two units: one indoor and one outdoor unit. Filter, fan and cooling coil is the indoor unit. The outdoor unit on the other hand consists of a compressor motor, a fan for the condenser and a capacitor. A cabinet mounted outside the houses of these components. Most cooling systems of origin to provide the reduction of moisture, but do very little moisture control. The length of the compression operation determines the reduction of moisture content. For example, a value low humidity inside of 40 percent is reached when the compressor runs continuously for several hours during a hot summer day, but the approach of night and the compressor stops operating, the drops of water on the coil cooling tends to evaporate and a jump in the indoor humidity occurs. This variable humidity and limited control however, are acceptable for owners who use the system for central cooling.
