windows (this copies the file in the backup folder): user.dat copy c

system.ini copy c: windows
windows (This will change the Windows directory): cd c
user.dat attrib + h + r (gives back the file attributes)
system.dat attrib + h + r
If you can type these codes without any error we can assume that you have successfully restored Windows registry. You can now turn on your computer and see if the problems Your computer is now fixed.
