Dell Customer Complaints
Dell has made its mark in market share with its various models of computers and printers and its Quarterly profits speak for themselves. But when it comes to customer service, the company has faced a number of bad reviews and complaints. In the last few months several complaints were filed against various models of Dell computers.
Mike Guerin, a customer who bought Dell Dimension 8100 deal with some problems in the machine that was still under the warranty period. During his work on it, the computer does not turn on. To get the problem solved, he spent several hours trying to talk to technicians different service, but his request was ignored by officials. Finally, he was told he would receive a technical representative spare parts for its computer model through a shipment of Dell. However, it was the last correspondence was made with Dell as it has never received any delivery or any other help from them.
Another complaint on the same row was a customer different. His model was Dimension 8300. He faced problems with the software and after consultation with the company was informed reinstalling the operating system. Relocation resulted in a loss of hard disk space, monitor not work and several other problems. The customer reported the complaint to the company several times, but his efforts were in vain. He stated his opinion that "the customer care should being of the client, do not worry. "
Gerard Clair, another customer who wanted to buy Dimension 2400, ranking the Company to obtain a model particularly the Dell printer and computer range. His name and address were scored by one operator. On the persistent attempts by trying to contact the operator, his appeals were sent to permanence voice mail operator. Finally, it was only after he left a threatening message to the operator he would report to the head of the department, he received a call from the operator. But to the surprise of customers, he never heard of the company after last call. He tried to voice his complaint to the CEO of the company, but got no answer his questions. After the experience of frustration and difficulty with the company, he decided to abandon the plan to purchase a Dell machine.
Terri, a customer who bought a model Inspiron 2650 Dimension faced a different problem. Each time he went try to change the system, it would freeze the display of a tag long ragged red at the bottom of the screen. He tried to call The Dell customer service for help but his problem was not attended by a representative customer. The customer had already purchased three different computer models of the business and experienced the same problem with them all. He recently bought Dimension Inspiron 8500 and is still facing the same problem with this model and ended up giving a bad review of the company. A consumer in its opinion said this about the models of Dell computers "during the last five years, I purchased four Dell computers Dimension. I will never buy another one and we will try to convince others to do likewise. "
