Using the disk image for disk replication
Remember the Star Trek transporter? Captain Kirk and his team could beam at any location without having to drive a spacecraft. Although this process of dematerialisation and rematerialisation is a concept of fiction it is very useful in transporting a disk drive to be a CD or DVD.
Similar to the Star Trek transporter, our goal is to make an exact replica of the disc from point A to point B without having to physically send it. Disk Image makes it possible. At point A we put the disk in a floppy disk with the help of the software disc player reads the disc content and content packages with instructions on how to rebuild disk. The result of this process is known as a computer file disk image that can be sent to point B via the Internet. Transport accidents during the construction
Although the process of manufacturing a disk image is simple say to read the disc, then the data packet in a standard format that can be understood by the re-construction software. We may well dismiss e-mail attachment that option if the image file is in a manageable order of magnitude. Sending a 10MB file via e-mail can be filtered by a server messaging, plus a 650MB file. Thus, sending email is an option, but impractical. FTP seems to be a good option, but it is subject to errors. Why? Most FTP servers could you time when you try to download a large file. Transport accidents during the reconstruction
Assuming the recipient receives the same disk image that the sender sent, reconstruction should be a right pressure? Unfortunately it's far from the case. The problem is more complicated than accidents during transmission that can be easily corrected with suggestions made later.

Possible problems are:
1. The disk image file does not contain all the information.
It may be a hardware problem as mentioned above in the "Transporter accident during construction," or software problem because such information is ignored.
2. The reconstruction software is unable to decipher all the information

The only way to avoid accidents the carrier during the construction and reconstruction is to get the right combination of hardware and software.
