Seagate buys Record energy savings in New SPC-1C / E Benchmark Extension
Seagate today announced that its Savvio (R) 10K.3 hard drive has achieved exceptional results in the Storage Performance Council to extend new benchmark, SPC Benchmark 1C/Energy (SPC-1C / E), which first includes industry data on energy use for storage href = "http://reviews-mann.blogspot.com/2010/02/new-china-mobiles- available-in-indian.html "> that are audited and peer reviewed. The benchmark highlights the energy provided in environments which impose zero (idle), mild, moderate or heavy workload on the test configuration storage.
