Insulated Roofs have many advantages. The panels are interlocked together, which gives Insulated Roofs strength and rigidity. Insulated Roofs are strong enough to walk on, when properly installed ( by us, of course!). We use the Best sealers for the roof system. We also completely seal the inside ( except the bottom perimeter, for water drainage purposes. Remember, we can customize your porch or patio anyway you want! We can even add Pet Screen and pet doors!
What is the advantage of owning an Insulated Roof Screen Room?
Insulated Roofs Are Foam boards, sandwiched by aluminum sheets. Similar to a refrigerator door, it deflects sunlight, heat, and keeps it nice and cool underneath. On a very hot day, it is comfortable inside the patio enclosure. Don't Forget!!! It keeps mosquitoes out, and flies, roaches, lizards, bees, etc...

With this extra comfortable living space, you could turn it into a rec room/ bar-b-que room. We've built screen rooms for people in Florida. We have seen them turn their rooms into paradises. First they add tiles to the slab. Then ceiling fans to the insulated roof. After that, a pit for the bar-b-que, a fridge, a t.v., and a table with chairs, and you got yourself a uniquely beautiful screen room. You also have the option to add acrylic windows (stretchy tint, not glass), which will totally seal in your room, making it suitable for air conditioning.
