When you go to look at the prospective laptop
On the outside, the new MacBook Air 1.86GHz is identical to the first generation of Apple’s lightweight laptops. But inside it’s quite different, offering a new and faster processor, upgraded video circuitry, a faster front-side bus, faster RAM, and a new display connector. As a result, the new generation of MacBook Air is superior to the original. However, the substantial upgrades Apple has made to the rest of the MacBook line threaten to narrow the MacBook Air’s already limited appeal even further.
While all the previous Macbook Pros felt rock solid, the new models seem even HP Pavilion ZD7000 Battery more so due to the brand new manufacturing process introduced with this generation of MacBooks and MacBook Pros. Instead of assembling the laptops piecemeal and expertly splicing the components together, the new models sport a unibody architecture that constructs the entire machine out of a single piece of recyclable aluminum.
When we reviewed the aluminum MacBook back in October 2008, those MacBooks posted performance scores that were very similar to the 15-inch MacBook Pro that was also released in October 2008. At that time, the differences between the MacBook and MacBook Pro boiled down to features. Now, with the new MacBook Pro lineup, the features on Apple's latest 13-inch aluminum laptops have been brought up to equal those found on the new 15-inch MacBook Pros.

Pop it in the drive to check how much life is still left in the HP Pavilion DV8000 Battery. What you’re looking for is cycle count—that is, how many times the battery has been charged and discharged during its lifetime. According to Apple, you can typically only charge a battery 300 times before it stops holding an 80 percent charge.
