I used dozens of different "fat burner" supplements over the years. Something I've learned is that, ultimately, most products tend to have the same basic ingredients in similar proportions. And Most provide only results halfway decent-fat loss. Unfortunately, some natural substances are better fat burning now almost impossible to obtain due to new laws in the United States and Europe. Thus, the supplement companies have worked hard to arrive at a formula that gives the same great weight loss results than the old formulas provided. VPX Meltdown is one of the most "thorough" attempts yet.

Meltdown initially caught my attention because it contains several interesting ingredients that I had never seen before in other products. He also caught my attention because VPX has done a massive advertising blitz of marketing to promote the product in everything from bodybuilding to fitness magazines and online forums. I need to lose about 10 pounds of body fat, so I decided to give it a try and see if it works or not.

The first Once I took about 30 minutes before a workout I really felt a big surge of energy. The stuff contains good amounts of yerba mate caffeine, synephrine and yohimbine - all strong stimulants in many other energy boosters and fat-burners. He helped me get through a workout strength of the whole body very intense. It also completely killed my appetite. I literally had to force myself to swallow my whey protein shake after training normally.

VPX supports Meltdown as a "feel good" food supplement because it contains mood enhancing chemicals in chocolate. After taking a few weeks, I started to notice a boost in mood, but not much more than what I experienced with other stimulant-based supplements. Heck, coffee is a "mood booster" proved that anyone can get for pennies ... so I do not think this aspect of the product is everything that great.

Eventually I managed to lose about 8 pounds of body fat in just over three weeks using the supplement Meltdown, a regime, and a little fighting interval "HIIT" exercise per week. And I could do with a minimal amount of Loss lean muscle mass. So obviously I was pretty happy with the result. The biggest problem I see with VPX Meltdown is its price. It's really a unique product with powerful ingredients to burn fat, but I'm not sure what is "good enough" to justify its hefty price high.
